The guest house has seven rooms. In the main building there is a suite, a triple bed room and two double bed rooms. In the small building at the yard there are two more independent triple bed rooms. All rooms have central heating, TV and telephone. Two of the three triple bed rooms have air-conditioning. Each room gets its name from place-names of the area.

The total surface of the buildings is 300 m2 and is developed in three levels. On the last one there is a small swimming pool surrounded by lawn. The interior spaces combine architectural layout, furnishings and decoration that welcome the guests and evoke a feeling of warm hospitality.

On the ground floor there is a living room where you can enjoy the breakfast buffet by the fire place.

It is ideal for groups of 8 up to 12 people. In winter you can enjoy skiing at the ski centre of Agriolefkes and in summer time you can swim in the crystal clear waters of the Aegean in Aghioi Saranda, Horefto and Analipsi.

The traditional Guest House “Archontiko Prigou” – the Prigos mansion – started out as an idea of the owners Mr Ioannis Prigos, a civil engineer, and his wife Mrs Katerina Papanatsiou, an architect, while restoring and renovating the existing old buildings. Their aim was to modernize the buildings with absolute respect on their form and structure so that they can host the family and their needs.

The original idea of a holiday residence led to the conversion of the existing buildings into a place of hospitality and rest ideal for relaxed and tranquil holidays. Thus the old buildings remain full of life bringing out memories and sounds that lead through the past to the future.

Works began in 1995 and were completed in 1996 trying to integrate at least another fifty years of life in the history and memories the residence carries since 1832.
